BENNY
I found the process of adopting through BnR's Rock n' Rescue to be extremely simple. We filled out the application, got a response within a day and even though we live far away we were able to do the yard and house tour via Facetime.
The team was extremely helpful. We were looking for a particular type of dog to join our pack with our blind pup, Loki - and after visiting with a handful of other dogs from other rescues we were starting to become discouraged.
When Sarah from BnR suggested Graham to us, at first, we were not sure because of his size, but since adopting him he was absolutely the perfect piece to our puzzle. They understood our needs and knew what to look for with the dogs they had to offer. We've already suggested BnR to many of our coworkers and friends - especially with the lovely sato dogs!
Benny, despite coming from a difficult situation, has a heart of gold. He's a silly, floppy boy who connected with Loki so quickly. They love each other and are already best friends. He even loves Loki's real life brother, Dexter! Benny's temperament is so gentle and kind, we love having this little (big) guy around!
RUSTY
I couldn't have asked for a better experience adopting my new buddy, Rusty, from BnR's Rock n' Rescue. Sarah was extremely accommodating and understanding during the period she fostered him before I was ready to bring him home, promptly answering all of my questions and giving updates every day about how he was doing (and sending a near constant stream of photos). After I took him home she checked in everyday and gave a bunch of helpful tips and suggestions on how I could help him feel at home. The care BnR's Rock n' Rescue put into making sure their dogs go to good homes was clear during the application process and continued to impress me after I brought Rusty home. They sent along an impressive, comprehensive handbook for what to expect when rescuing a dog, which is full of invaluable resources and information. Rusty and I already have a loving and trusting bond after only a couple weeks and I know the amazing care he received from BnR's Rock n' Rescue played a huge role in making that transition so easy. I would recommend this organization to anyone who is serious about giving a rescue dog the best life they possibly can.

Everything is wonderful. Scooter Pie is a member of our family and we love her so much. My husband says seeing her happy face and wagging tail in the morning is a reason to get up and get going.
