Francine Coughlin, a Massachusetts native, is a certified dog trainer, CPDT-KA, and certified dog behavior consultant through the IAABC. She's a proud mother to seven rescue pups and one human daughter, Ophelia. Her passion for dogs led her to volunteer at shelters while working in the film industry in Los Angeles. In 2010, she founded Bark n' Roll, a thriving business that blends professionalism and heart, dedicated to providing comprehensive dog services.

Sarah Neely serves as Director of Operations, where she oversees rescue operations, adoptions, volunteer coordination, and transport. A passionate advocate for rescue dogs, Sarah has personally fostered more than 40 dogs and also serves on the Board of Directors of a New England-based dog rescue.

Professionally, Sarah supports the CEO of a nonprofit scientific research organization and has been a personal trainer for more than 20 years.

Sarah lives in North Reading, Massachusetts, with her husband, Ray, and their beloved dogs, Nugget and Lele, who inspire her rescue work every day.

Casey grew up in Massachusetts and is a practicing family law attorney in a small firm on the North Shore. Casey is a lifelong equestrian and lover of all animals, but especially furry four-leggeds. Casey is a member of the Board of Overseers of the MSPCA, and a supporter of several animal rescue organizations. Casey resides with her husband and their rescue Pit Bull, Jax.

Lauren Sardella is passionate about helping animals and has been actively involved with rescue groups since 2015, alongside her full-time career in Emergency Management. She finds immense joy in witnessing the transformation of animals from rescue to their forever homes. Having contributed to over 100 adoptions, Lauren was eager to join the dedicated team at Rock n' Rescue and support their mission of rescuing all dogs. 

Kate Rokos is a Massachusetts native, living in North Reading with her husband and two rescue dogs (one of whom is a BnR's Rock n’ Rescue alum). From 9 to 5, she works in Human Resources. But from 5 to 9, you can usually find her volunteering, munching through local brunch spots, in her garden, or asking strangers, “Can I pet your dog?”

Today, Kate enjoys volunteering with the RnR crew at events, interviewing applicants, and of course, cuddling all the new arrival dogs. 

Theresa Kolpakova is an ABC Certified Dog Trainer with a master's degree in Education. She excels in positive reinforcement dog training, shelter dog behavior, and modification. Her extensive background in animal welfare and humane education drives her commitment to force-free training methods. As a board member of Rock n Rescue, she's devoted to helping shelter dogs find loving homes and providing them with top-quality, force-free training for a lifetime of happiness.

Lynne Verney is  Operations Director at Bark n' Roll and a long-time foster for BnR's Rock n’ Rescue. She shares her home with her college-aged daughter, three dogs, and three cats, and wouldn’t have it any other way. Lynne loves helping rescue dogs settle in, find their footing, and show off who they really are once they feel safe. She loves welcoming new arrivals, supporting fosters, and being part of every well-earned happy ending.
